SANDY MARTIN

Managing Director

Sandy is a seasoned investor relations and strategic finance executive with over 25 years’ experience.  She has served as Investor Relations Officer for large specialty retailers such as Sally Beauty Holdings and Pier 1 Imports, as well as leadership C-level positions at Tribune Publishing and Match Group.  She also worked in an IR agency as a senior strategic advisor with responsibilities for the company’s quarterly earnings cycle.  Sandy’s capital markets background includes leadership roles in several successful debt and equity capital raises and IPO spin-off transactions.  She also directed many non-deal roadshows, trained executives on Reg FD, developed and presented investor marketing and rating agency collateral, and managed many quarterly earnings processes.  Sandy is a current CPA in the state of Texas, earned her BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA in Finance from TCU’s Neeley School of Business.
