Managing Director IDEAS Conferences

Lacey runs the IDEAS Conferences and has over 10 years of event management experience. She oversees all aspects of conference planning, operations and execution, including selecting event venues, leading contracts and negotiations with vendors, and managing event participants. She also conducts event promotion, speaker coordination, the registration process, and conference communication.

Lacey joined Three Part Advisors in 2014 and has led over 25 conferences since joining the firm. She is a methodical, capable, and responsive leader who brings strong problem-solving skills to the team. She enjoys coordinating event logistics from start to finish and seeing each conference come together successfully. Before joining the firm, Lacey worked as a financial analyst with a major consulting firm. She has also held positions in the banking industry and in public education. Lacey holds a BA in International Relations from the University of North Texas.
